I'm having my Colt Combat commander worked on this month.
I want to know how are the C&S trigger kits?
I'm either going with the Tactical, or the Tactical II. Undecided.
TIA

My Choice

I looked at a lot of TRIGGER PULL KITS and I went with the C&S Tactical. I thought the quality was real good.

My gun ( SA 1911A1) has a nice crisp let off....no creep.
I don't think you'll be sorry with either choice. IMHO!!

I installed the Tactical Kit in my Caspian Frame & Slide 1911 that I built at Cylinder & Slides pistolsmithing class. Without doing any stoning to the hammer & sear, the trigger has a let off at 4.250 lbs. I put a Super Match kit in my Custom Eclipse II and it lets off at 3.5 lbs. What was funny, I installed a Tactical kit in my Pro Carry and it's trigger let off is at 4.250 lbs. also.
IMHO, Cylinder & Slide makes some of the finest trigger kits on the market today.

HOUNDDOG,
If you have any problem with anything that Bill sells, just pick up the phone and call him. He is more than willing to talk to you about his products. I have all C&S extractors in all of my 1911's and NEVER have a problem with extraction. (Bill himself did teach me the proper way to tune the extractor BTW.)
