May I ask what was the video for? Was it promotional, for ssguiderods, or was it intended to be a review? Is 400 rounds considered torture for the Shield?

 

No it was the first time at the range with it, and they asked me to let them know how it goes. So I told them I would just make a video and fire 400 to 500 rounds to test the "guide rod" I have fired 3,000+ rounds through my shield already. This was a test for the rod itself.

Not promotional, you know...sometimes people post video's and has nothing to do with money, or getting free stuff. So stupid it got locked on AR15.com because someone asked me if I made money on this and I said no, and the admin locked it.

When I sent him pm's asking about why this and that , no answer.

 

His thread was locked from pimping the company on ar15.com. 400 rounds is not enough to bring the word torture into the mix, add another zero to that. I do think it's a good idea though as I'm not 100% comfortable with the way my wife's shield setup is. Already had the spring pop over a few times but didn't effect function when assembled.

 

lol pimping the company, it is a test for the GUIDE ROD, and 400rds fired as fast as we can load is a great test, and I GET NOTHING from the company at all. NOTHING, I had to pay for my guide rod just like everyone else.

Guess what, I make video's for vortex, metro arms, etc.... get over yourself.
